We built FastScaleAI because we kept watching great businesses lose customers to voicemail.
Every call that goes unanswered is a customer who called a competitor next. We decided to fix that.
FastScaleAI started with a problem we kept watching play out: businesses spend real money generating leads, then lose them because nobody picks up the phone after 5pm. Hiring more people to answer phones is expensive, hard to staff, and still doesn't cover Sunday. The answer had to be a better system, not more headcount.
So we're building one — a purpose-built voice and conversation system for real business workflows, rather than a chatbot with a phone number bolted on. We're in early access now, working directly with our first businesses to get the agent right for their calls before we open it up more widely.
