FastScaleAI started in 2023 when our founders — a team of engineers and operators who had run customer-facing businesses — kept running into the same problem: businesses were spending thousands on marketing to generate leads, then losing those leads because no one picked up the phone after 5pm. The solution wasn't to hire more staff. It was to build a better system.
We spent two years building the AI agent stack from the ground up — not retrofitting a chatbot, but designing a purpose-built voice and conversation system for real business workflows. Today, FastScaleAI handles hundreds of thousands of calls per month for businesses in healthcare, real estate, retail, legal services, and more.
